Pervej is a Technology Leader with 20 plus years of broad IT experience including emerging technology R&D, software development, product engineering, data warehousing, business intelligence, systems architecture, client relationship management, sales and operations. Pervej has strong working knowledge of ML/AI, IoT, and NLP. Pervej's industry domain experience spans Financial, Healthcare and Retail. He holds a B.S in Information Systems from St. Cloud State University and MS from University of St. Thomas in Software Engineering. Pervej has also completed an executive program on AI from Carnegie Mellon University.

Dan Hardtke - COO
Dan is an accomplished Digital Product Leader that brings 30+ years of success delivering innovative digital products to market. He has deep expertise in Healthcare and also significant experience in Retail, Manufacturing and HR/Payroll. His many years spent defining business and technical architecture helps him seamlessly take products from ideation and discovery to technical delivery and market go-live. Dan has a B.A. in Economics from the University of Minnesota.
